MARKETING STRATEGY

Marketing strategy consulting for Singapore businesses that need a decision

Strategy is a decision about where not to spend. A useful plan names the one channel worth fixing first, the budget it needs, and the number that will prove it worked — in writing, so it can be argued with and then followed.

What you get

  • ✓A review of where enquiries actually come from today
  • ✓Competitor visibility check on the terms that matter
  • ✓One priority channel, with the reason the others wait
  • ✓Budget and a success measure you can judge in 90 days
  • ✓A written plan you own, whether or not you hire us

The plan starts with what is already working

Most Singapore SMEs are not doing nothing; they are doing five things badly. The first session is an inventory: what is running, what it costs, and what each channel produced in the last six months.

That usually reveals one channel producing most enquiries at an acceptable cost, and two or three consuming budget without evidence. The plan protects the first and stops the others.

Choosing the one thing to fix

Priority goes to the channel with the shortest path to a measurable enquiry: often the conversion rate on existing traffic, then local visibility, then paid search. Brand work and content come later because they take longer to show anything.

We write down what we are deliberately not doing and why. A plan without exclusions is a wish list, and wish lists do not survive a busy quarter.

What a written plan contains

The current state with numbers, the single priority, the work required, the budget split between fees and ad spend, the measure of success, and the date it will be judged. Ten pages at most.

You keep it. If you take it to another agency, that is a fair outcome — the value is in the thinking, not in withholding it.

Cost

Strategy work is included in the standard package: S$250 setup and S$499 monthly after your first qualified enquiry. A stand-alone engagement for a business that wants only the plan is quoted as a one-off.

We will also tell you when the honest answer is "do not spend on marketing yet" — for example when enquiries are not being answered, or capacity is already full.

Questions Singapore buyers ask

How long does the plan take?

Two to three weeks, most of which is gathering your numbers and checking competitors. The workshops themselves are short.

Do we have to hire you to implement it?

No. The plan is written so another team could execute it. Most clients ask us to, because the plan and the execution were designed together.

Will you tell us what we want to hear?

No, and that is the point of a written measure. If the honest answer is that ads will not pay back at your margins, the plan will say so before you spend.

Is this useful for a very small business?

Often most useful, because a small business cannot afford to run five channels badly. One clear priority is the difference between a wasted year and a working one.

Bring your last six months of enquiries and spend. Two hours is usually enough to find the one decision that matters.
