LeadsPilot 360 — what is stored on your device when you use this site
Last updated: 17 October 2026 Version: 1.0 (draft for owner review — not yet published)
1. The short version
This site currently sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. We do not track you across other websites, we do not build a profile of your browsing, and we do not sell or share visitor data with advertisers.
There is no cookie banner on this site because there is currently nothing to consent to. If that changes, this page will say so and a consent choice will be offered before anything non-essential is set.
2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It can be used to remember a setting, keep you signed in, or measure how a site is used. Related technologies — local storage, pixels, tags — do similar things. This notice covers all of them.
3. What this site actually uses
| Item | Type | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| No cookies | — | — | We set no cookies of our own | — |
| Google Fonts | Third-party request (not a cookie) | Downloads the typefaces used on this site | Request only | |
| Server logs | Server-side record (not a cookie) | Us | Records the IP address, time, page and browser of each request so we can keep the site available and secure | 90 days |
| Spam trap field | Hidden form field (not a cookie) | Us | Blocks automated spam submissions without tracking anyone | Not stored |
Google Fonts is the only third-party request the site makes. Your browser contacts Google's servers to download the fonts, which means Google will see your IP address and browser details. If you prefer to avoid that, you can block or restrict third-party requests in your browser settings — the site will still work, using a fallback typeface.
4. What we do not use
For clarity, the site does not currently use:
- Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tags, or any advertising pixel;
- Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or any session recording or heatmap tool;
- Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok or other social pixels;
- cross-site tracking, retargeting, or advertising identifiers;
- any tool that profiles you across sites.
5. If we add tracking later
If we introduce analytics or advertising measurement on this site, this section will list each vendor by name, the purpose, the data involved, and the duration — and a consent choice will be presented before the scripts load, so that nothing non-essential runs until you agree.
6. How to control cookies and third-party requests
You can control cookies in your browser settings. These pages explain how:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
Blocking cookies does not break this site. If you use a content blocker, third-party requests such as Google Fonts may be blocked, and the site will fall back to system fonts.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no agreed standard for interpreting them. In practice it makes no difference here: we do not track you, so there is nothing to switch off.
8. More information
How we handle personal data generally, including your rights and how long we keep records, is set out in our Privacy Policy Privacy Policy.
