LeadsPilot 360 — website terms
Last updated: 17 October 2026 Version: 1.0 (draft for owner review — not yet published)
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of leadspilot360.com and any subdomain or locale version of it (the "site"). The site is operated by LeadsPilot 360, from Singapore, ("LeadsPilot 360", "we", "us").
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
These terms cover the website only. Work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal, quotation or service agreement. Where that document and these terms disagree, that document wins.
2. What this site is for
The site describes our lead generation and digital marketing services, publishes indicative pricing, and lets you send us an enquiry. It is a business-to-business site.
Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, packages and availability shown are indicative and are confirmed only in a written proposal.
3. Enquiries are not a contract
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, does not reserve capacity, and does not commit either of us to proceed.
A contract exists only when we have both signed a written proposal or service agreement, or when you have accepted a written quotation and paid any setup fee it specifies.
We may decline an engagement — for example where a business is outside the markets or sectors we serve, or where we believe the work would be misleading. We will tell you plainly if we do.
4. Our services
Our service is the generation and qualification of enquiries for a client's business, together with agreed reporting.
- Packages, what they include, fees, and the point at which monthly billing starts are set out on our pricing page and in your written proposal. Where the two differ, your proposal applies.
- Monthly service is billed in advance from the date stated in your agreement.
- Enquiry volume, cost per enquiry and conversion into a sale are outcomes we work towards, not outcomes we promise. We do not control your market, your pricing, your competitors' actions, your sales process or the platforms we advertise on. See section 7.
5. Acceptable use
You may browse the site, print pages and share links for legitimate business purposes.
You must not:
- copy, republish, scrape or resell substantial parts of the site, or use automated tools to harvest contact details;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site or its systems you are not authorised to access;
- use the site to submit false enquiries, spam, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes someone else's rights;
- interfere with the site's operation, or use it to attack or probe our infrastructure;
- present our services or materials as your own.
6. Intellectual property
The site and its contents — text, layout, design, graphics, logos and code — belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing here gives you a licence to use our name, logos or materials except to refer to us factually.
7. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular number of enquiries, cost per enquiry, conversion rate, revenue, return on advertising spend, or ranking position.
Any figures, case studies, examples or ranges on the site are illustrative of what the work involves. They are not a prediction, and they are not a promise. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your prices, platform auction conditions, and how quickly your business responds to enquiries.
Where we quote a target or an expectation, it is an estimate given in good faith and not a contractual term unless your agreement says so expressly.
8. Third-party links and platforms
The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
Our services rely on third-party advertising platforms (for example Google). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their policies may change or restrict what may be advertised. We are not responsible for a platform's decisions, but we will tell you promptly if one affects your campaign.
9. Availability of the site
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, including prices and packages. Changes do not affect an agreement we have already signed with you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, and for loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, goodwill, business opportunity or data;
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the site is limited to SGD 100 / RM 300;
- nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Liability for work we carry out for you is governed by your service agreement, not this section.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms — in particular section 5 (acceptable use), or from content you ask us to publish that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and our Cookie and Tracking Notice Cookie and Tracking Notice explains what is stored on your device. Both form part of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date will change, and the current version always applies to your use of the site from that date. If a change is material, we will highlight it on the site.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction — except that, where you are a consumer or a small business in Malaysia and Malaysian law gives you a right to bring a claim locally, nothing here removes that right.
Before starting proceedings, please write to us at hello@leadspilot360.com and give us 30 days to resolve it. Most issues are a misunderstanding that a conversation fixes.
15. Contact
LeadsPilot 360 Email: hello@leadspilot360.com
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
