Why platform numbers do not add up
Google and Meta both claim credit for the same enquiry, and both over-count when a visitor returns on a different device. Adding their reports together can produce more leads than you actually received.
The fix is a second, independent record: your own enquiry log, tagged at source. When the two disagree, you investigate, and the investigation usually reveals a real problem — a form failing on iPhones, or an enquiry nobody answered.
What we can and cannot measure honestly
We can measure form submissions, calls to a tracked number, WhatsApp clicks, and the campaign that preceded each. We can match those to your customer list at month end if you share it.
We cannot reliably track a customer who saw an ad, told a colleague, and enquired three weeks later by typing your name into Google. Anyone claiming to measure that precisely is selling certainty that does not exist. We report what is knowable and label the rest as unattributed.
The report you actually get
One page: enquiries by channel, cost per enquiry by channel, how many qualified, and how many became customers where you have told us. Plus a short written note on what we would change.
No forty-page export that nobody opens. If a number on the page cannot be defended, it does not belong there.
Cost
Tracking is part of the standard package: S$250 setup, S$499 monthly after your first qualified enquiry. The setup includes wiring the events and testing them on real devices.
If you already have a CRM, we connect to it rather than replacing it. Duplicating a system you already pay for helps nobody.
At a glance
| Source | Can we track it? | How |
|---|---|---|
| Website form | Yes, precisely | Event plus stored record |
| Phone call | Yes, if a tracked number is used | Call tracking number |
| Partly | Click tracked, conversation by you | |
| Word of mouth | No | Reported as unattributed |
Questions Singapore buyers ask
Do we need to change our phone number?
Only if you want call attribution. A tracking number can sit alongside your main line on the website, so existing customers keep dialling the number they know.
Will tracking slow down the website?
Not if it is built properly. We keep scripts minimal and defer them, because a tracking setup that costs conversions is a net loss.
Can you connect to our CRM?
Usually yes, if it has an API or accepts webhooks. Where it does not, we export a monthly file that matches your records.
What happens to the enquiry data?
It is stored on servers we control and accessible only to the people who need it. We do not sell or share enquiry data, and we will sign a DPA if you need one.
If you cannot say what your last ten customers cost to acquire, that is the first thing worth fixing.
